April 2007: EVO magazine announced a forthcoming report on a track test of the Spf GT40. The new Gulf-style car, already updated with right-hand gear shift, and starting with only 5 miles on the clock, performed brilliantly.

The Spf GT40 arrived on the Continent. The Dutch-based importers for Europe took delivery of their first RHD/RHShift rolling-chassis example, due for imminent handover to its eager buyer in Germany.
