The Winter 2012 issue of Motor Trend Classic contains a well-illustrated feature on the restoration of GT40P/1032. Now, all remaining MkIIs have been restored to the liveries in which they once raced!

As of June 2008 Octane magazine’s July 2007 issue (#49) is still available, for a mere fiver, from their back-issues department.  It contains eleven pages on the GT40, including new photos of 1008 and 1107, as well as interviews with Tony Southgate, John Horsman and Sir John Whitmore.  For more, click on the photo above.
