There’s something about this GT40 I can’t quite put my finger on.  Maybe it’s the back panel, with those four lights; perhaps it’s the tiny locks just visible above the door handles, or it could be the way the car sits, with the top of the rear tyres nestling snugly under the fibreglass.  Then again, it might be the Halibrands, or the Guardsman Blue paintwork.  Whatever it is, it makes this one of the most evocative GT40s I have ever seen, and it just oozes authenticity.  It fairly screams “1966!”, and well it might, for that’s when this exquisite car was built.  Back then, I would have given my right arm for a GT40 like this, and now it’s for sale I could buy it - if only I had the funds...
But, maybe you have the funds?  If you’d like to know more about GT40P/1043, send us an email and we’ll tell you all about it.
